School Uniform Donations/Collections.
Your donations are vital to keeping the uniform shop running with an abundance of stock and we are aware that it will be a challenge to donate in the same way as you have done in the past.
Please see below the options available for donating school uniform. Hopefully one of these options will be suitable.
- If your son/daughter did not return before the end of the Summer Term and their school uniform is still at their boarding house, we are able (with your permission) to collect the donated uniform and prepare for sale in the shop. Please contact cfitzpatrick@royalhospitalschool.org and arrange which items are to be collected and we will send you an emailed receipt once they have been added to the shop system.
- We will also be providing a pick up Service (within a 20 mile radius of the School), for larger donations that cannot be posted. Please contact rhsuniform@royalhospitalschool.org to arrange a collection.
- For smaller donations (10 items or less), we ask that you post the items to us and we will reimburse your postage once the items have been sold. Please remember to add the label (provided) and the receipt as proof of postage.
- For those that are happy to drop off donated uniform at the School Shop, please contact rhsuniform@royalhospitalschool.org to arrange a suitable day and time. Please can all bags be labelled so we can ensure that the sale of items is credited back to the correct pupil account.
- As this is the first year of the new style 6th form uniform we are greatly in need of your donations. There is currently no stock available.
We appreciate that the Uniform Shop would not function successfully without your help and support, it is very much appreciated.
