HELP IS AT HAND

Healthy Minds
RHS provides access to BUPA’s support service, Healthy Minds. The telephone helpline provides someone to listen when you need it most. Call 0800 269 616 for a chat in confidence.

Education Support
24 hour free and confidential helpline for people working in education, call 08000 562 561.

Unions
Many unions provide specialist mental health and wellbeing support for members.

Mind
Infoline 0300 123 3393
Offers information and support to anyone living with a mental health problem or supporting someone who is living with a mental health problem. Their website includes an A-Z on mental health and tips for everyday living.

Samaritans
Call any time, day or night on 116 123.
If you need someone to talk to, they listen. They won’t judge or tell you what to do.
