Despite not being able to be as physically present together, it is important at times like these that our community of pupils, parents and staff all continue to feel part of the school. With this in mind, and building on the success of this idea during the previous lockdown, we are running a series of community challenges to ensure that everyone remains feeling #partofRHS.
There will be a chance to share photos and videos of your involvement and be part of our Friday montage videos showing and celebrating the highlights of each week. We invite everyone to take part, not just the pupils.
To find out more and get involved, please follow us on one or all of our social media platforms. Links below:
When you take part in any of our challenges please email photos or videos of pupils or families taking part to email@example.com.
Where possible, please take them in landscape format.
We can't wait to see your contributions.
Who is keeping you company at home at the moment? We'd love to see photos of you and your pets working hard together. Here's George in yr 10 with Timber learning History. Don't worry if you don't have a pet, a cuddly toy will do! Email your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org to be part of our video at the end of the week. #partofRHS #petsofRHS

This week our community theme is #bekind. What can you do this week to make someone else feel good? For the crafty ones amongst you, you might want to try Mrs Barber's Valentine's art challenge to show you care or you might show you care in your own way. Share photos of your kind gestures by emailing email@example.com
Make the hashtag. Make our school hashtag out of anything you like! It can be a painting, knitting, minecraft, sticks, lego...anything you can think of to spell our #partofRHS hashtag.

As part of Children's Mental Health week we gave our pupils the afternoon off. They were asked to complete tasks away from their screens including baking, photography, nature walks or to build the RHS tower.
