Harriet Izod-Miller, Head of Sixth Form, recently wrote an article for Education Today titled 'How Schools Can Encourage Global Sustainability.' In the article, Mrs. Izod-Miller discusses the three main ways to encourage global sustainability, which include putting sustainability into the curriculum, encouraging eco-friendly habits in school, and engaging local communities to foster engagement.
In the article, Mrs. Izod-Miller states that "Schools have a central, multi-faceted role in promoting global sustainability. Critically, we are equipping students with ideas, skills, and passion to make a change both now and in the future, wherever the world takes them."
