Alumni profile - Robin Bradshaw
Our very own Monty Callow recently bumped into Robin Bradshaw (Collingwood, 1990) in Hong Kong. Here's what he's has been up to...
Robin is a leader in international management with expertise in strategic planning and execution as well as organizational and leadership development. Robin is currently Cathay Pacific's Country Manager for the Philippines and Guam. His other responsibilities include Vice President of the Philippine Board of Airline Representatives and the board of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines. His area of specialisation is Human Resources (he is a Fellow of UK Based CIPD) and he takes time out to teach Human Capital Strategy at the Asian Institute of Management in Manila and at Singapore Management University.
After RHS Robin attended Oxford University's St. Peter's College and took a BA Hons in Philosophy & Theology. Charitable work is also a passion of Robin's and particularly children's institutions in developing countries where he supports fundraising and good governance. Robin is a strong advocate of the Swire leadership principle which would be familiar to RHS of 'to be rather than to seem to be' – and we look forward to learning more about this and his career journey on his next visit to RHS.
