Over 200 Clubs and Activities At RHS

At Royal Hospital School we place great importance on academic achievement but what goes on outside the classroom is equally as important. Our co-curricular activities give our pupils a chance to try new things, pursue their passions and develop as an individual. We find that our pupils gain confidence, new friends and a broader outlook by participating in a wide range of activities.

Our school day finishes a 4.10pm and after this time pupils have time to complete their homework and to choose from an array of clubs and activities. We encourage our pupils to take part in at least 3 clubs each week and some pupils may wish to choose an activity every day.

Don't worry if your child isn't sporty, we have many options for creatives, musicians, public speakers and academics. There really is something for everyone.

At the beginning of each term we have an activities fair where pupils can meet the staff running a particular activity and find out more or sign up.

Below is a list of the kinds of activities your child can choose from here at RHS. It is by no means exhaustive and may change from time to time due to the seasons.
