Defence Academy Boarding Schools Fair
The Royal Hospital School was pleased to exhibit at the Boarding Schools Fair at the Joint Services Command and Staff College in Shrivenham last month. The school met with MOD staff and their families to discuss pupil admissions as well as bumping into a few familiar, friendly faces.
As a result of its unique heritage, the school promotes the traditional naval values of loyalty, commitment, courage, respect, service and integrity and has always had strong links with the armed services and their families. Additionally, a significant number of former pupils go on to pursue careers in the Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines and RAF.
The Royal Hospital School is able to discount boarding fees for those in receipt of the MOD Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA) so that the minimum parental contribution permissible under MOD CEA rules applies. In addition, children of serving or retired Royal Navy or Royal Marines personnel may be eligible for assistance with boarding fees through a limited number of means-tested bursaries offered by its parent charity, Greenwich Hospital.
For more information about fees for those eligible for MOD CEA or Greenwich Hospital seafaring bursaries please contact our admissions team on 01473 326136 or email [email protected]
