Celebrating International Tortilla Day has now become a tradition here at RHS. Earlier this month, Year 10 GCSE Spanish pupils took part in a tortilla-making workshop with Miss Shopova.

Over the years, we have learned that potatoes should be chopped into similar-sized pieces, eggs need to be well beaten, and tortillas may stick if the hob temperature is too high... and so this year was one of the most successful yet, with some amazing examples. It was a session filled with learning, cultural immersion, and laughter - a perfect way to end a Monday.
