The weekend saw RHS pupils join 160 teams across all age groups in taking part in the Suffolk FA Grassroots Football Festival. The event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase local grassroots football and celebrate the many volunteers who dedicate so much to the sport.

RHS U12s navigated their six matches without conceding a goal, and a last-minute equaliser by RHS U14s was just one of the many highlights our footballers will take away from the festival. Ultimately, it was a day in the sunshine enjoying playing football, while bringing together players, family, friends, and hundreds of football enthusiasts across the county.

Well done to Suffolk Football Association for delivering a fantastic football festival. A thoroughly enjoyable day and a truly worthwhile experience for all involved.
