Netball Captain

Introducing Netball Captain, Rosie Corbould, Yr 12 

Rosie is our Netball Captain for this season! Rosie has enjoyed playing netball since the age of 7, particularly the team aspect of it. She currently plays for Ipswich Ladies Netball Club where she has been a member since the age of 10.  

We asked Rosie what her aims are as captain, she comments, “For the remainder of the season, I want our first team to continue to work hard in each match and training session. With this our confidence will continue to grow and hopefully we will win even more matches this season.”   

Rosie comments on how RHS has supported her to reach a high level in netball. “RHS has allowed me to play netball more often with the frequent matches each week, plus helped me to develop skills making me become a more versatile player. It has also supported me in the netball academies and encouraging me to go for opportunities in the performance pathways in the future too.” 

When she leaves RHS next summer, Rosie aims to continue to play netball for club teams or a university team.
