Jaz Skingle achieves her dream to study Film Studies at King's College London

Our Head Girl, Jaz Skingle, achieved an impressive set of A Level results, gaining an A* and two A grades in Classical Civilisation, Politics and English Language, and securing her dream to study Film Studies at King's College London.

Screenwriting and script supervision is Jaz’s ambition and she is on right on track this summer as she took her family friendly comedy ‘Ghost Therapy’, which she wrote, directed and produced, to the Edinburgh Fringe, where it received some fabulous reviews. She is also completing work experience with production companies like Channel 4 in London and is intending to take her production to the Brighton Fringe.

“I have so many fabulous memories of my time at RHS; particular highlights have to be completing the Devizes to Westminster International Kayak Race and the feeling of pure accomplishment and joy when I crossed the finish line with my friends; being a part of the school debating society and secretariat of the Model United Nations; winning the most contribution to the CCF prize - CCF has to be my favourite part of RHS due to its incredible opportunities; singing at St Paul’s Cathedral with the choir and of course the moment I became head girl will be something I never ever forget.

"I will miss my RHS family to the point that words cannot describe. I love RHS and I will definitely be back!”

If you are proud of your results and are happy to share how they've helped you achieve your next step in life we'd love to hear from you. Please email Sophy Walker (swalker@royalhospitalschool.org) with a photo and tell us a little about what you have achieved, where you're going next and how RHS has helped you get there.
