First girls' century in school's history

The first RHS girls' century was scored in the school's cricketing history at the weekend, with Alice N scoring 103* off 62! Congratulations to her for achieving what we hope will be the first of many centuries for our girl cricketers.

It was wonderful to have our girls' and boys' cricket teams back on the fields at the weekend in an excellent block fixture versus Greshams, with 15 matches between the two schools!

Some excellent performances were seen by our Junior Girls; alongside Alice N's century, Imogen T also scored 53* off 51 balls and Mia A took 4-2 including a hat trick. Bella M had 2 overs, 2 maidens, 5 wickets for 0 runs! In the Girls 1st XI, Maisy H passed the half century as well with 53.

In the boys' teams, top performances came from Barney M, 1st XI (63), Brin R, 1st XI took 4 wickets, Jack E, U15A (69*), Seb H, U15B (52*), and Jake G, U13A (51).
