
Mr Steve Dixon Appointed Headmaster of the Royal Hospital School
The Royal Hospital School is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Steve Dixon as Headmaster.
A respected and highly experienced senior leader, Steve has been at the heart of RHS since 2013, serving as Second Master before stepping into the role of Acting Headmaster earlier this year. Throughout this time, he has led the School with clarity, care and a deep understanding of the RHS community, having a profoundly positive impact across the School through his visible leadership and commitment to the values and ethos that make RHS distinctive.
An Oxford graduate, former Housemaster and Head of Chemistry, Steve is a passionate advocate for the power of holistic education and the importance of providing young people with opportunities to discover, challenge and fulfil their potential both inside and outside the classroom.
Steve brings an enduring respect for the heritage of RHS, alongside an exciting vision to build on the School’s outstanding strengths and achievements, as it continues to look ahead with confidence.
