Two CCF Field Days took place in the week prior to the end of term, enabling cadets to participate in a variety of activities across the RHS site. Both days were very successful and enjoyed by pupils and staff alike.
Three RN Attract Teams (engineering, medical and submarine) ran sessions for the Navy and Marines cadets on Thursday, whilst Army and RAF cadets took part in live 22 firing, a casevac first aid scenario and a physical task including stretcher and log runs.
On Friday the Navy section were at Alton Water, the Army and RAF took part in field gun training and laser clay shooting whilst the Marines had their turn at the 22 firing and the casevac exercise.
It was a dynamic two days, filled with learning and engagement for all involved. Thanks to everyone who participated and supported these activities.
