Careers Fair 2026

Careers Fair 2026

Yesterday’s Careers Fair brought Greenwich Hall to life, with pupils exploring an extraordinary range of future pathways and possibilities.

Pupils moved confidently between exhibitors, asking thoughtful questions, collecting advice and, in many cases, discovering roles and sectors they hadn’t previously considered. For some, it was about confirming an interest; for others, it was about realising just how many options exist beyond the obvious.

Two stands quickly became firm favourites. Saxon Air and their flight simulator drew constant queues, giving pupils a hands-on taste of aviation and sparking conversations about training, teamwork and decision-making under pressure. Meanwhile, McLaren proved just as popular, opening pupils’ eyes to the wide range of careers behind high-performance engineering, far beyond the driver’s seat.

Alongside these highlights, pupils engaged with professionals from law, healthcare, construction, energy, creative industries, public services, finance, technology, the armed forces and higher and further education. The breadth of exhibitors meant every pupil could find something relevant, whether they are already focused on a pathway or still in the early stages of exploring what might suit them best.

What stood out most was the quality of conversations. Exhibitors commented on how engaged and curious pupils were, and pupils left with practical insights into routes in, training options, apprenticeships, degrees and the realities of working in different sectors.

We are incredibly grateful to all of the exhibitors and organisations who joined us and generously gave their time, insight and expertise. Their willingness to share real experiences, advice and guidance made the day such a success, and provided our pupils with meaningful, first-hand insight into a wide range of careers and pathways.
