The RHS Big Band delivered a captivating performance in a joint concert with Ben Holder and the Chris Ingham Quartet, showcasing their exceptional skill and musicality alongside some of the UK's leading jazz musicians.
A quartet of RHS singers wowed the audience with their rendition of Dean Martin's classic "Sway", accompanied by the Chris Ingham Quartet. Another highlight featured a string quartet of RHS musicians performing - and even improvising! - with the Quartet and jazz violinist Ben Holder.
Earlier in the day, Ben led an inspiring improvisation workshop for all our string players, offering them a unique opportunity to develop their creativity and confidence.
The evening concluded on an extraordinary high note, with a well-deserved standing ovation for all the performers. The energy and enthusiasm of the crowd made the event a true celebration of jazz at its finest - an unforgettable experience for everyone involved!
