My name is Alice, and I am a Year 12 student at RHS. I study Geography, Psychology and English Literature, and I am also a Drama Scholar. Drama has always been a passion of mine, and I have taken part in every show I’ve had the opportunity to do while at RHS. In my spare time, I enjoy musical theatre, singing lessons and weekly LAMDA graded acting lessons.
I first visited RHS with my family when I was in Year 4, as my brother was exploring the school for his own application. He went on to become Head Boy in 2024. I was immediately impressed by the school site and the variety of departments and activities available. From that moment, I knew I wanted to follow in my brother’s footsteps and come to RHS because of the vast range of opportunities it provides.
Settling in was incredibly easy. Everyone, especially the staff, were super friendly and welcoming. The pastoral care at RHS is unmatched; everyone is understanding and considerate. Over my time here, I have made lifelong friends and truly feel part of a supportive community.
I would definitely recommend RHS to anyone considering it. It’s an experience you won’t get anywhere else. The academic and pastoral support provided by the staff is of the highest quality, and the school offers so many opportunities that set students up for life.
