Lambs nominations for Nelson boys

Nelson boys, Tom Miller, George Butt and Toby Eaton took part in the U18 Independent Schools Lambs national trials at Uppingham.

The squad is selected from independent schools across the country who do not represent any academy sides. The Lambs are separate from the RFU but they offer another form of elite rugby beyond the county and academy set-up. Well done to the boys for their nominations. If selected for the national side, they will play a host of top academy sides as well as take part in the end of season tour to USA in Easter.

George Butt and Toby Eaton have subsequently been selected for the Midlands Lambs to play against the The North at Woodhouse Grove School today.
