CLIMBING
We have one of the most impressive indoor climbing walls in the region and certainly in any school. With the school’s well-qualified staff, pupils are offered taster sessions as well as the opportunity to take part in after-school clubs. These are very popular and often oversubscribed. With NICAS (National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme) Centre status we offer climbing as part of the GCSE PE syllabus where pupils can progress through the stages of the NICAS climbing awards.
