MEET RALEIGH HOUSE STAFF
Tim Brightwell - Houseparent
Tim has been a Houseparent of Raleigh for 5 years. Previoulsy he was Head of Business and Economics. Prior to joining RHS he spent 10 years overseas, leading schools in Argentina, Hungary and China. He has 2 children at the school and his wife Jo teaches in learning support. They also have a dog called April, who loves spending time in Raleigh. He enjoys travelling, property investing and supporting Southhampton FC.
Emily Terry - Matron
Emily Terry has worked as a matron in Raliegh since 2022, having previously been a primary school teacher. Having lived and worked in London all her life. She moved to Suffolk 11 years ago when her husband become housemaster at RHS. Emily enjoys supporting pupils outside of the classroom and helping them overcome the challenges they may face. Outside of work, Emily enjoys going to the theatre, cinema and playing the piano. she has two daughters, both who are at RHS. She also has two dogs, Tommy and Bertie.
