COLLINGWOOD
YEARS 8-12 | BOARDING | BOYS
Welcome to Collingwood! It is important to us that we create a warm and welcoming home away from home; pupils' personal growth is just as much a focus as academic development and we will do everything we can to support our pupils along the way.
Alongside this, having a community that celebrates the success of each person is what makes Collingwood special.
House
Facilities
Collingwood House is lively, supportive and full of energy, offering pupils a welcoming space to relax while enjoying a wide range of activities throughout the week.
Evenings are filled with fun and variety, with regular movie nights, dodgeball, football, rounders and benchball keeping everyone active and involved. Pupils also enjoy outdoor basketball, indoor golf, pool competitions and friendly FIFA tournaments, creating a vibrant atmosphere where everyone can take part, challenge themselves and enjoy time together.
Weekends bring a warm and sociable feel to the house, with popular themed events such as taco nights, regular BBQs and “make your own pizza” evenings. Indoor golf sessions add another enjoyable option, ensuring there is always something exciting and relaxed to look forward to.
Collingwood House continues to foster a strong sense of friendship, enthusiasm and teamwork, encouraging every pupil to get involved, try new things and make the most of their time at RHS.
