Understanding different dimensions of computer science is part of the necessary skill set for an educated person in the 21st century.

Are there specific entry requirements? | Minimum of a grade 7 in GCSE Computer Science or a grade 7 in GCSE Mathematics if Computer Science has not been studied at GCSE. |
What is the assessment format? | 2 exams taken in the summer of Year 13 (40% each) and a programming project (20%). |
Any particular subject combinations recommended | Mathematics or Core Mathematics. N.B. Some high-ranking universities require A Level Mathematics for entry onto a Computer Science degree course. |
