A Level History
History at RHS is a dynamic and thriving subject and affords excellent opportunities for independent study and stretch and challenge. The department has four classrooms and a resource room on the lower floor of the main school block. Three of the classrooms were recently refurbished. The History Department also runs enrichment activities, such as masterclasses and a ‘Heretic’s Society’ which is used to run competitive essay competitions on a range of topics. Trips are organised when appropriate.
