OUR FUTURE
Our Future: RHS 3.0 marks a transformative phase for our school, as we embrace a bold vision for the future, elevating every aspect of our pupils' experience.
With strategic investments in facilities such as our new Sixth Form Centre and transformed Assembly Hall and Boarding Houses, we are creating an environment where our pupils can continue to grow, explore, and develop essential skills that will shape their futures with confidence and creativity.

SUPER SATURDAYS
Designed to engage, stretch and challenge pupils beyond the mainstream curriculum.
From September 2025, academic lessons will no longer take place on Saturday mornings, as we launch the Future Ready Programme – a series of engaging and innovative supra-curricular activities. Saturday mornings will be optional for day pupils, whilst weekend boarders benefit from tailored flexibility, ensuring our distinctive weekend provision continues, whilst providing optionality to our community.
Year 7 and 8 Activity Programme
Launched in September 2024, the activity programme has flourished. From workshops in circus skills, animation, street dance and steel drums, to outdoor adventures and Christmas crafts, the programme offer pupils exciting opportunities to develop new skills.
Year 9 - 13 Future Ready Programme
A selection of innovative short-courses and one-day activities across the academic year, the programme is designed to develop key employability skills such as creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication, as well as providing time for academic consolidation and support.
The full programme is coming soon, but includes advanced coding for AI and robotics, Masterchef, entrepreneurship and startup simulations, art portfolio development, young engineers, music composition, scriptwriting, financial education, stage production, and more!
RHS 2033: CAPITAL INVESTMENT PROGRAMME
With the centenary of RHS at Holbrook on the horizon, the RHS 2033: Capital Investment Programme embodies our bold vision for the future, focusing on strategic investments in infrastructure and facilities that will enhance the school for the next decade and beyond.
SIXTH FORM SPOTLIGHT
Working closely with parents, pupils and staff, RHS are proud to continuously reflect upon and refine the Sixth Form experience, to balance autonomy and support in pupil's critical final years at school; in September we'll launch our self-directed study scheme offering greater pupil freedoms, as well as uniform and lunch privileges.
Sixth Form Centre
Planning for the 2025 opening of the Sixth Form Centre is underway, designed to offer a blend of social and digitally enabled workspaces, creating a multifunctional, modern environment for our Year 12 and 13 pupils. The space will feature outdoor seating in the summer, a serving area, and a hot drinks machine, providing a comfortable and dynamic area for both collaboration and independent study
