Sophy joined RHS in September 2021 and is responsible for both the Admissions and Marketing Teams at RHS. With over 19 years of experience working in the independent sector, Sophy is passionate about communicating the benefits of a RHS education and making the customer experience as smooth as possible. Sophy has two children who have both benefited from an independent education and would be happy to talk to any family seeking the same opportunity for their children. Outside of school, Sophy enjoys walking her dog along the coast and playing tennis for her local club.

Aemilia joined the Admissions Team in January 2022. She has a background in admissions and recruitment, having worked at the Universities of Cambridge and Suffolk, as well as in the charity sector. Outside of work, Aemilia is passionate about all things equestrian and loves exploring the countryside on horseback. She also plays netball for a local team and spends lots of time with her family in the local village in which she grew up.

Helen joined the Admissions Team in March 2023 as an experienced communications professional. Helen's role is to ensure that each prospective family's admissions journey is as good as it can be, with a focus on personalised visits and event experiences. Helen is also a parent at RHS with experience of both prep and senior schools in the area.
