Horse Riding
Horse riding lessons are available at nearby equestrian centres during games for both Junior and Senior pupils and or as an after-school activity. At the highest level, Equestrian Team training and competition coaching takes place at Bylam Livery Stables, just 3 miles from the School, under the instruction of experienced horsewoman, Caroline Colwill. Day pupils can arrange for parents to transport their horses/ponies to Bylam for these sessions, while boarders may wish to make use of the full livery services offered.
Sailing Academy
Our unique seafaring heritage and outstanding water-sports facilities mean that all pupils have the opportunity to learn to sail and more experienced sailors can sail up to five times a week.
