We are unique in that both day and boarding pupils are provided with all uniform and most sports clothing with just a nominal maintenance charge. In addition boarders will need to bring bedding, night clothes, leisure clothing, sports boots and toiletries. The matron will be able to provide house labels so that all personal clothing is marked. We do ask that all items of value, watches, calculators and the like be marked indelibly to ensure rapid return to owners if lost.

Many of our boys and girls will also bring iPods, personal stereos, electronic games and personal computers back to school with them. Again it is most important to ensure that these are indelibly marked. It is also possible to bring bicycles which are stored in the houses.The school, however, does not insure personal possessions and so it is necessary to check your household insurance to ensure that property is covered whilst children are at school.

Once you have accepted a place we will send you a detailed uniform list and invite you to our Summer Term Welcome Day for new pupils. At this you will have the opportunity to meet the housemaster or mistress as well as matron and they will be able to give you more detailed advice on what to bring
